We all know that doing different and new things is essential to keeping a business or organization relevant, competitive and dynamic so it doesn’t get left behind.
Individuals and teams are constantly being asked to “go forth and innovate”, but get stuck and frustrated when they don’t have the time or tools to do it.
One-off brainstorm workshops and innovation labs are a great way to get some traction, but these often stop short at “ideation” and leave out any critical analysis – the other side of the innovation coin.
Innovate or Dinosaur is not just about ideas generation. It is also about examining how those ideas might actually become real, and building the skills of the group to think innovatively at any time of the day.
