You may already have noticed that we are based in Canada!
This means that if we are shipping to you outside of Canada, we will not collect the taxes on your order. Your country will expect payment from you when your package enters your country. This is the customs duties and taxes part of shipping internationally and it is specific to each country.
We will not be able to calculate these taxes for you and the charges will be separate from your order with us. Please expect to pay your government duties and taxes when your shipment arrives. For details specific to you, browse the customs website of the country your package is being shipped to.

Our return policy for refunds or replacements of an item is within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
If you have changed your mind or your item arrived damaged, please contact us in advance that you are returning an item so we can support a smooth return or replacement process.
Customers are responsible for all returns costs. Items must be in original condition and packaging and returned with proof of purchase. Please note that packages that have been opened, used, or have missing parts will not be refunded (unless they arrived in that condition).
