Using a framework that has been thoughtfully developed by organizational development experts, the Key Issues™ Digital Transformation tool process allows multiple participants to quickly identify issues for their specific digital transformation situation, explore them from multiple view points, and prioritize them together.

This high-quality deck with two levels for participants to reflect on and organize in relation to their specific situation. The first level has primary digital transformation related categories such as digital strategy, trends and market knowledge, and leveraging capabilities. The second level includes detailed potential transformation issues experienced within each category such as fear of experimentation, delays in decision-making and inconsistent data quality.

The cards can be used in a number of ways.
