Description
The Key Issues™ Change Leadership tool creates a structured dialogue about the problems and solutions that an organization faces during change and transformation, and supports the creation of actions to address the issues.
Using a framework that has been thoughtfully developed by organizational development experts, the Key Issues™ Change Leadership tool allows multiple participants to quickly identify issues for their specific change situation, explore them from multiple view points, and prioritize them together.
This high-quality card deck offers two levels for participants to reflect on and organize in relation to their specific situation. The first level, for instance, includes primary organizational categories such as vision, management commitment, and capability building. Whereas, the second level includes detailed potential change issues experienced within each category such as: out-dated strategy, misaligned KPIs and failure to include all stakeholders.
The Key Issues™ Change Leadership tool can be used in a number of ways. For example, one deck can be divided between multiple tables for large group events, a small group can explore the whole deck together, or an individual can use it on their own. To maximize collaboration, the mirror image design of the cards allows people on each side of the table to easily see the card content at the same time.
This specialty tool can be used in tandem with other process tools. Additionally, it can be integrated into other processes such as strategic planning, project development, innovation, and of course, change leadership initiatives.
